Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan. Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days at additional cost. International shipping takes 14-21 business days.

Shipping costs vary by location and order value. Free shipping is available on orders above 2500. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
3. What if I'm not home during delivery?
The courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for rescheduling or collecting from a nearby depot. We'll also contact you to arrange redelivery.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
